UNI EN ISO 9001 Quality System defines requirements necessary to demonstrate organization’s ability to design and deliver products and service conforms to specified requirements and to manage continuous improvements for customer’ demands.

In order to achieve the certification, Qua.Ser. Ltd performs following steps:

A. CONTENTS OF THE QUALITY MANUAL (UNI EN ISO 9001)

Quality System arranged for Companies by “Qua.Ser. Ltd.” consists of three parts:

a1. A portion concerning the Quality Manual, which shows policy of the Company.
a2. A procedural part regarding the Quality System, which explains applications of company policy.
a3. A portion related to the Forms, which emphasizes objective application of procedures.

B. CONSULTING SERVICE FOR THE PLANNING OF THE QUALITY SYSTEM ACCORDING TO UNI EN ISO 9001
Qua.Ser. Ltd plays an important role planning the Quality System; the Company assists in the following phases:
b1. Visit by a manager of “Qua.Ser. Ltd.” to the client to acquire information about industrial context such as: order processing, business practices, data management, etc…
Qua.Ser. Ltd aims to harmonize any existing procedures in the context of UNI EN ISO 9000.
b2. Drawing a first draft of Quality Manual, Procedures and Forms.
b3. About every 30 days a manager of Qua.Ser. Ltd visits the Company to collect detailed information, and to a project progress report.
b4. Writing a final draft of Manual, Procedures, and Forms; illustrating courses about application and importance of the Quality Management System to all employees of establishment.
b5. Final control of Quality System operated by Qua.Ser. Ltd. before the visit of Certifying Authority.

C. PROCEDURE FOR CERTIFICATION

Hereafter we briefly expose the process for requesting certification to Certifying Authority:

1. Application
2. Acceptance of applications
3. Delivery of Quality System documentation
4. Discussion of the Quality System in presence of Inspector, Company manager (Head of Quality Service) and Qua.Ser. Ltd manager – review for possible changes.
5. Approval of Quality System (Manual).
6. Company Inspection by Certifying Authority (Assistance from Qua.Ser. Ltd).
7. Report of the Commission.
8. Certification.
